If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or production.

Personalized and Made-to-Order Products

Personalized and made-to-order products may enter production shortly after an order is placed.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Please carefully review all names, initials, dates, spelling, sizes, and other personalization details before submitting your order.

Products created according to the personalization information submitted by the customer are generally not eligible for refund, replacement, return, or exchange because of a customer-entered error, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If the personalization you receive differs from the information you submitted due to an error on our part, please contact us in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Where complimentary standard shipping applies, this will be stated on the website or during checkout. Any additional or upgraded shipping charges available for an order will be displayed at checkout.

Processing and delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, shipping method, and other circumstances.

Ready-to-wear pieces are typically prepared for shipment within 2-7 business days. Personalized and made-to-order pieces may require additional production time depending on the design and personalization required.

Where a different processing timeframe applies, it may be stated on the applicable product page.

Most orders are estimated to arrive within 7–20 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order is delayed, lost, damaged in transit, or cannot be successfully delivered, please contact us. We will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies.

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be prepared or shipped separately and may therefore arrive in different packages or on different days.

Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order. If you discover an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but an address change cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

MIO SEMPRE is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
